Easy Christmas Ornaments Making

'Tis the season to deck the halls and trim the tree! One of my favorite holiday traditions is making homemade ornaments. Not only does it bring out creativity, but it also adds a personal touch to our Christmas decorations. And the best part? It's incredibly easy to do! With just a few simple materials, you can create stunning ornaments that will impress all your guests.

Why not try making salt dough ornaments this year? All you need is flour, salt, water, and some cookie cutters. Mix together equal parts flour and salt in a bowl, then gradually add water until a dough forms. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and use cookie cutters to shape your ornaments. Once they're cut out, make a small hole at the top with a straw for hanging. Bake them in the oven at 200°F for about an hour or until they're hard and golden brown. Let them cool completely before painting or decorating with glitter.

Another idea is to repurpose old light bulbs into adorable snowman ornaments. Begin by cleaning any dust or dirt off your old light bulb using soap and water. Then, apply a coat of white acrylic paint as the base color for your snowman's body. Allow it to dry thoroughly before adding facial features with black paint or markers - think coal-like eyes and mouth! To complete their look, use colored paints or ribbon scraps for scarves around their necks and attach small twigs as arms using glue or wire.
