To begin, choose your paper wisely. You want something lightweight and sturdy, like printer paper or origami paper. Avoid using construction paper or cardstock, as they are too heavy and will not fly well. Once you have your paper selected, fold it in half lengthwise to create a crease down the center of the page. Then unfold it and fold the top two corners down to meet at the center crease line.

Next, fold the top edges of your newly formed triangle down again to meet at the center crease line once more.
